Recovery Through Fitness

Recovery through fitness is a workout group that is geared towards setting a healthy routine in your recovery. In this program, we gather to work on ourselves mentally and physically. By being physically active we can encourage ourselves and each other to create a healthier life and potentially extend our lifetime. During these sessions we not only focus on a good workout but also on a bonding and teamwork experience. By working out with others we have an opportunity to coach each other through challenging moments while aiming toward a common goal. We are in this together! In this program we set goals and share our successes. All fitness levels are welcome as workout modifications can be made.

Recovery through Fitness meets Twice a Week:

Tuesdays at 5:30-6:30 pm @The Peer 180 Station, located at 201 South Ave. in Grand Junction, Colorado. Each week is a different emphasis - Low Impact Training (LIT), High Impact Training (HIT), Yoga and Nutrition Class. Check out the Monthly Calendar for specifics.

Stay for the All Recovery Meeting at 7:00 :)

Thursdays at 2:00-3:00 pm @ Kutthaus Fitness, located at 567 Colorado Avenue.

Beginners are welcome, you dont need to be fit to fit in!
