Morning Mindfulness

Morning Mindfulness is a combination of Yoga, stretching, and meditation. We take the time to start our day with the goal of being present, grateful, and focused on our intentions. We help guide you through a morning routine that promotes not only intention, but kindness and awareness of ourselves and others. This program aims to support individuals in growing positive mindsets to help ourselves and others face the daily challenges that recovery brings. Morning Mindfulness sessions are thirty minutes long and followed directly by an All Recovery Meeting.
